Kelley Devane Managing Director Kelley has been a successful gestational surrogate four times, delivering two girls and four boys over the past 6 years. Being a surrogate has brought special meaning and exceptional joy to her life. She has two sons of her own and the experience of being a mother and raising her boys has given her such joy that she wanted to be able to share that with other couples. She is an ardent supporter of surrogacy and is eager to share her vast knowledge of surrogacy with others. She enjoys helping couples fulfill their dreams of completing their families with children.
	Mindy Debrecht Managing Director Mindy successfully carried twins as a gestational surrogate in 2003. Her inspiration for becoming a surrogate mother stemmed from her compassion for friends and family members who struggled with infertility. She has been a resident of South Florida since 1978 and currently resides in Pompano Beach with her husband and young son. After more than eight years in management for a large corporation she spent two years working for an International Relief Organization that assists orphaned and abandoned children in a third-world country. Her objective is to see people successfully fulfill their dream of completing their family and enriching their lives with children.
	Stan R. Brenner Legal Counsel Stan R. Brenner has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1978. He has maintained an office in Boca Raton, Florida for the last 12 years concentrating on helping people create families through adoption, surrogacy, egg and embryo donation. Stan is a member of the Florida Adooption Council and has spoken before adoption and infertility groups. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business and the University of Miami School of Law. He and his family reside in Boca Raton.
